Mansion Alameda

Trinidad: This city was the highlight of our trip. The accommodation at the Mansion Alameda was undoubtly the best: quiet, well located, large room and bathroom, clean and well furnished, romantic patio, great breakfast, pleasant staff, etc. etc. Dinner at "Paladar Vista Gourmet" on the other hand, was in comparison with the "Paladar Ache" in Cienfuegos two classes worse. On our 2nd evening we went on recommendation by Daniel Ochsner to the restaurant "Trinidad Museo 1514" which we liked very much.

We stayed mid-December for 3 days in the Casa 'Mansion Alameda' and would like to thank you again for the very nice and pleasant experience. With the warm welcome and the delicious welcome cocktail in the very beautiful courtyard we felt at home immediately. The room is very nicely decorated and was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff always very helpful and extremely friendly.
Greetings from Munich!

Trinidad

From: Switzerland - Visited: November, 2014

During our last visit to Trinidad, we discovered extraordinary new Casa Particular. Absolutely central location close to the Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Above average sized rooms with beautiful bathrooms and a large patio. At sunset we relaxed with fine mojitos and very good wines. We were able to enjoy the beautiful patio. At breakfast we were pleasantly surprised with the large à la carte selection. Additionally, we liked the personal service which is almost like a hotel service!

A beautiful and stylish oasis of tranquility right in the heart of Trinidad. We couldn't have been hosted better to experience Cuban life. The mansion is a colonial house and has a large inner patio with a beautiful garden. It is within walking distance of all renown attractions in the centre of town. Daniel advised us to visit the beach at Peninsula Ancon on Wednesday which seemed deserted and almost completely for ourselves. He also arranged a trip by steam-train to the Manaca-Iznaga estate for us which was an unforgettable experience!
