Hotel Policies
Check-In time is 15.00 h (3 PM).
Check-Out time is 12.00h (12 AM or noon).
Early check-ins will not be guaranteed.
Early check-outs are subject to a one night charge, unless it is a non-refundable reservation.
Late departures are subject to additional charge.
– 12.00 – 17.00 h check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
– After 17.00 h : 100% room rate surcharge
Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
Only children over 12 years of age are admitted. They pay same rate as adults.
As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:
Individual guests (valid for 1 – 3 rooms)
– The cancellation is free of charge 15 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% of the room rate as cancellation fee.
– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
– No refunds for early departures
– For the non refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee
Groups (valid as of 4 rooms)
The cancellation is free of charge up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival, after this date we charge the following cancellation fees:
– 30–15 days before arrival: 30%
– 14–7 days before arrival: 60%
– Less than 7 days before arrival: 100%
– no refund for early departure
